In August of 2015, Gary Banks, Dale Carman, Dan Ferguson, and Scott Howell founded Groove Jones, a creative technology company that produces next-gen experiences for brands. It’s best known for its award-winning work in augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. How did they know the venture would be successful? “I felt it in my bones,” Carman says. And with average annual revenue growth of 40 percent, it turns out he was right.
